LegalPay acquires minority stake in NBFC Padmalaya Finserve

Litigation and interim finance startup LegalPay has acquired a minority stake in Gujarat-based non-banking financial corporation (NBFC) Padmalaya Finserve. The strategic alliance between LegalPay and Padmalaya, will help the company to offer businesses financing legal expenses, according to the statement. As part of the deal, Padmalaya will disburse worth INR 1,000 Cr credit towards legal expenses.
