L&T boss defends Mindtree takeover, says it's not hostile

AM Naik, the chairman of Larsen and Toubro, has defended the company's move to take Mindtree last week. He said that the takeover was not hostile and that Mindtree shareholders have approached L&T first and only then they started their discussions and negotiations. He also said that L&T does a lot for their employees that Mindtree ever did for theirs. This is the 1st time Naik came into the front to talk about the takeover.
