Male employees paid 22% more than female at Walt Disney Co.

The famous Walt Disney Co. revealed that the male employees are paid 22% than the female employees and the wage gap of 41.9% when the bonuses are given. Disney has employed 3000 people at the Walt Disney Co. and its Disney stores. At the stores, male employees were paid 19.8% more. As per the statistics of NBCUniversal International (NBCU), the figures show that men in the UK earn 3.2% more than women in 2017.
