On 7th September Manmohan Singh said India needs a well-conceived strategy to make itself a five trillion economy. Currently, the economy is facing a slow down because of which GDP is declining, the investment rate is stagnant, farmers are in distress, and unemployment is going up. He advised the new government to continue with economic reforms. Govt should maintain a fair balance and forbid tax terrorism.
