Most IT companies settling in Europe for its good engineering talent

It has been seen that the US and Indian IT based companies invest more in Europe as a number of development centres have emerged in Central and Eastern Europe over years. This way, they can also use the engineering and tech talent available in countries like Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary etc. A medium post says that about 200,000 students graduate in engineering and sciences every year in the European countries.
