MoviePass shuts service temporarily citing technical issues; plans to recapitalize

MoviePass will be temporarily out of service for the next few weeks stating technical issues that need fixation and also needs to finish work on a new version of its app. The company is running out of business and so will utilize this time to recapitalize the company and improved subscriber experience once the service continues. The company said once the technical problems have been resolved, the service will be live again.
