Mukesh Ambani increases his stake to 48.87%

In an exchange filing on Tuesday, the company announced that Mukesh Ambani had raised his stake in Reliance industries by 2.71%. He now holds a 48.87% stake in the Reliance Industries. 'Reliance Services and Holdings Ltd., controlled by promoter group firm Petroleum Trust, acquired 17.18 crore shares, equivalent to 2.71% stake, of Reliance Industries on Sept 13', the exchange filing stated.
