Nandan Nilekani won't take any salary as Infosys Chairman

Infosys has said that Nandan Nilekani will not draw a salary from the firm. Nilekani is the non-executive and non-independent chairman of the I-T major, would not receive any remuneration for his role. Infosys has also mentioned that Nilekani's office as a director will be subject to retirement by rotation. However, Nilekani need not worry, as he still holds 2,13,83,480 equity shares in the company.
