The food delivery giant Zomato on Monday has announced good news for its employees by giving new fathers & mothers 26 weeks of paid parental leave across the globe. "To women across the globe, we offer 26 weeks paid leave or will follow govt mandated policy, whichever is more. The exact same benefits will be offered to men as well without any difference in parental leave policy," said Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal.
