Hydrogen truckmaker Nikola Corporation's founder Trevor Milton resigned as its executive chairman and board member after he was accused of misrepresenting the company's technology and capabilities, by an analyst with a short position in the company’s stock. “The focus should be on the Company and its world-changing mission, not me. I intend to defend myself against false allegations leveled against me," Milton tweeted.
