Nusli Wadia filed case against Ratan Tata for defaming him

A local court in Mumbai has issued a notice against Ratan Tata, former chairman of Tata Sons after Nusli Wadia filed a case against him and current chairman N Chandrasekaran and 8 directors of the group and group chief operating officer for making defaming statements against him. Wadia field case when he was voted out of some of the group businesses in 2016. The notices were issued last Saturday against them.
