Ola Electric appoints Ex-CEO of Vodafone as an independent director on its board

The Co-founder and CEO of Ola, Bhavish Aggarwal, announced that they had appointed the former CEO of Vodafone Group, Arun Sarin, as an independent director on its board. Arun is serving on the boards of Cisco Systems, Accenture, Charles Schwab, and Ola’s parent company ANI Technologies. Bhavish said that Arun's appointment would help the firm to grow as he is experienced and has a deep understanding of the business.
