Online food delivery platforms Zomato, Swiggy asked to shut down in many states

Online food delivery platforms Zomato & Swiggy have been asked to shut down during the 21-day national lockdown period in various states such as Tamil Nadu, Chattisgarh, Bihar, Assam and Pondicherry; despite the govt's guidelines categorizing food delivery under essential services. Food is an essential service for at least 20% of the country's population. Both Swiggy and Zomato have taken the call to shut down in some cities.
