Online retailer eBay is filing a lawsuit, in California, against 3 Amazon managers for allegedly infiltrating eBay's platform to poach sellers. The lawsuit claims Amazon employees signed up for eBay under false names and tricks. Then they allegedly sent private messages inviting sellers to Amazon. eBay has accused of poaching previously, alleging 50 Amazon sales representatives sent over 1000 messages to eBay sellers.
