Nissan, which ousted chairman Carlos Ghosn for having underreported his income while leading the Japanese carmaker and diverting company funds for his personal use, has now sued his sister, Claudine Bichara de Oliveira, for "unjust enrichment". According to Nissan’s internal investigation, Ghosn had instructed the company since 2002 to pay $100,000 a year to his sister for her compensation as an adviser.
