Indigo co-founder Rakesh Gangwal's alleged governance lapses at InterGlobe Aviation, Rahul Bhatia said the company is well run, financially sound and managed by a competent set of managers. He asserted that 'paan ki dukaan' has been doing well. InterGlobe Aviation is the parent of the country's largest airline Indigo that has a 49% share domestic market. The spat between Gangwal and Bhatia intensified after it became public.
