Patanjali to make the latest procurement worth $600 Million

The business tribunal in India endorsed an offer by a group of companies headed by baba Ramdev to take over Ruchi Soya Industries Ltd. for Rs. 4,350 crore cooking oil and soy products. Patanjali Consortium Adhigrahan Pvt. a venture by Patanjali Ayurved Ltd and 3 other businesses will merge with Ruchi Soya. The shareholders will receive a sum of Rs. 4,240 cr in repayments, 65% to verified claims of Rs. 12,100 cr.
