PB Fintech finally publishes its IPO as Yashish Dahiya scores ₹3 crore

Today, August 2, PB Fintech, the parent company of India's largest insurance aggregator PolicyBazaar, filed for its much-anticipated initial public offering (IPO). With this offering, the company hopes to generate $6,017 crore, allowing Japanese corporation SoftBank to withdraw partially. Yashish Dhaiya and Alok Bansal, the company's cofounders, earned a total of roughly 5 crore in the fiscal year ending March 2021.
