Indian restaurant The Curry Club and its owner Nilish Dokhe were fined 25,000 Australian dollars for falling short on a number of fronts including cleanliness and for not providing appropriate hand washing facilities. Health inspectors found non-compliance in sewage and water disposals. There were lack of hot water and soap. Waste water was leaking directly on the kitchen floor and sinks, posing risks of contamination.
