Peyush Bansal’s Lenskart bags $12.5 Mn from Manyavar owners

IPO-bound eyewear giant Lenskart is raising close to $12.5 Mn (INR 100 Cr) from Ravi Modi Family Trust. For the fresh round of funds, the startup has allotted 4,79,037 Series I CCPS for a consideration for $12.5 Mn (INR 99.9 Cr). The round seems to be part of a bigger round that has been reported earlier and is now coming in tranches.
