President approves ordinance to revise Bankruptcy code

President Ram Nath Kovind has approved an ordinance to work and revise the insolvency and bankruptcy code, 2016. The new change will not create trouble for the promoters directly but it will be a fair ordinance that will take care of the bankruptcy issue. There are accounts found by RBI, that are suspicious and such an ordinance will definitely help the banks to solve the bankruptcy problem.
