Ratan Tata, the Chairman Emeritus of Tata Sons and Chairman of Tata Trusts, has invested in Pritish Nandy Communications Ltd through market purchases to acquire a stake. The information regarding the deal was made public by Pritish Nandy Communications in a regulatory filing. Shares of Pritish Nandy Communications were trading at a 9.81 percent high of Rs. 23.50 apiece on BSE. Tata has invested in several start-ups and tech firms.
