Realty firm HDIL under govt scanner; Police filed FIR against PMC bank, HDIL officials

The govt issued a lookout circular against 2 directors of realty firm HDIL after preliminary findings allegedly revealed financial regularities at the company. HDIL is also embroiled in the PMC Bank crisis, which has extended a substantial amount of loans to the company. PMC's exposure to HDIL group is nearly 73% of its total loan book size of Rs 8880 crore. The Mumbai Police filed a case against HDIL & PMC bank officials.
