RIL backed Embibe has bought a 90.5% stake in e-learning products and service provider Funtoot for Rs 71.64 crore. It has proposed to further invest Rs 10 crore linked to certain undisclosed milestones. The acquisition will help Embibe accelerate development initiatives of its ed-tech platform. Embibe has built an AI-based education platform which uses data analytics to deliver personalized learning outcome to each student.
