Reports of takeover by SpiceJet denied by NDTV

In morning news came that SpiceJet's owner Ajay Singh set to take control of NDTV and will have 40% share and editorial rights while Prannoy Roy and Radhika Roy will keep 20% stake in the company. The report also came that the NDTV up by 5% as SpiceJet's Ajay Singh picks up majority stake but after some hours NDTV denied such reports and said not a single word of this report is true.
