Sensex touches record high, Nifty crosses 11,710-mark

On Monday morning, the Sensex touched its record high of 39,017. As per expectations, a rate cut will be seen by the RBI this week and positive global sentiment. The NSE benchmark Nifty50 has also witnessed strong profits and crossed the 11,710-mark. The BSE Sensex, at around 10:25 am was 349 points, up at 39,021 whereas Nifty index was 88 points, up at 11,712. The hopes of trade talks between US & China showing the success.
