Shashidhar Jagdishan is set to be appointed as the next MD & CEO at HDFC Bank, replacing Aditya Puri after the bank got the nod from the Reserve Bank of India. "We wish to inform you that the Reserve Bank of India vide its communication dated August 3, 2020, has approved the appointment of Mr. Sashidhar Jagdishan as Managing Director & CEO of the Bank for a period of 3 years w.e.f. October 27, 2020," HDFC Bank said
