Shopclues allots 4320 equity shares to Clues Network INC; Receives Rs. 8 cr

After struggling for a long period, Shopclues has finally received Rs. 8 crores from Clues Network INC by allotting 4320 equity shares to the organisation. According to the RoC filings shared with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), the company allotted shares at the rate of Rs. 18,200 share each. This is the first funding received by Shopclues this year. The company raised around Rs 110 crore last year.
