Almost a year after purchasing Singapore's most expensive penthouse for nearly S$74 million, British billionaire James Dyson and his wife have decided to sell the three-storey penthouse for S$62 million. Built on top of Singapore's tallest building, the Tanjong Pagar Centre, the apartment includes a pool, jacuzzi, and a private garden with city views. According to the reports, Indonesian-born tycoon Leo Koguan is the buyer.
