Spencer’s Retail acquires Godrej Nature’s Basket for Rs 300 crore

A report has mentioned that Spencer’s Retail has acquired Godrej Nature's Basket for Rs 300 crore. Nature’s Basket is having 36 stores working in Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Pune which will now be owned by Spencer’s. The deal will let Spencer’s to expand in the west as it is already having hold in East and South. Nature’s Basket's presence of 14 years is going to help Spencer's to grow.
