The Startup Blink start-up Ecosystem ranks 100 countries & more than 1000 cities as per their startup strength. India's IT capital Bangalore emerged as the 11th best city for start-ups bypassing cities like Tokyo, Paris, Moscow, Beijing & HongKong. The list is headed by San Francisco, New York, London, Los Angeles & Boston. Other major startup performers in India are New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai & Hyderabad.
