According to recent reports, Tata Sons' is all set to infuse nearly $50 million as an emergency finding in Air Asia India. Tata group owns a 51 percent stake in the loss-making air carrier. AirAsia shut operations in Japan last month after facing several challenges in running its operations due to the coronavirus crisis. The fresh infusion by Tata Sons' may increase the stake of the salt-to-software conglomerate in Air Asia India.
