TCS wins against US lawsuit that accused them of discrimination in workplace

A lawsuit was filed against TCS US of discriminating against Non-South Asian workers. The Indian company denied that allegation and said that they provide equal opportunity to the employees irrespective of their background. A US court has ruled it in favour of TCS. The officials of the company said that they are gratified with the result and they are happy because the allegation was false and baseless.
