Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) achieved a market capitalization of over Rs. 15 lakh crore for the first time, as its stock rose nearly 4% in today's trading session. The IT behemoth's shares reached an intraday high of Rs. 4,135, helping the Nifty IT index gain 2.23%, the highest among all Nifty's sectoral indices. Today, the TCS stock closed at Rs. 4,129.35 apiece, which is 3.93% higher than yesterday.
