TikTok`s global business will become ByteDance's subsidiary under Trump deal

Chinese firm ByteDance has said TikTok`s global business will become its subsidiary following a deal with U.S. President Donald Trump`s administration. This comes even when Oracle and Walmart had said that the majority of the app will be owned by the investors. President Donald Trump gave ByteDance 90 days to sell TikTok's operations in United States in an order dated August 14. Over 100 million Americans use the app.
