Trend of job changing increased in last 16 years

Millennials, especially in tech jobs have been switching jobs more, in the last 16 years says a new study. The study attributes this to the fact that millennials are more ambitious and more likely to take risks, as they are willing to learn more. This means that they are more likely to work in startups. The study chose 10,00,000 people born between 1977-1994. Results revealed that attrition increased from 20% to 27%.
