Flight services of Air India, are hit in part due to a threat from oil marketing firms led by Indian Oil Corporation to terminate oil supplies over un-payment of duties at two more airports Hyderabad and Raipur. Companies have stopped providing petrol to Pune, Vizag, Cochin, Patna, Ranchi and Mohali for Air India flights since 22 Aug. They owe about Rs 4,300 crore to the three OMCs, IOC, HPC Ltd, and BPC Ltd.
