US law firms file class action suits against Freshworks for misleading investors

In a major blow to Freshworks, US-based litigation firms Scott + Scott Attorneys and The Schall Law firm have filed lawsuits against the SaaS giant for providing ‘false and misleading’ documents at the time of its Nasdaq listing. While Scott+Scott Attorneys has filed a securities class action lawsuit, Schall Law firm has filed a class action lawsuit against Freshworks.
