VerSe Innovation, the Bengaluru-based parent of news aggregators Dailyhunt and short-form video app Josh, has raised $450 million from marquee global investors. The funding was led by Siguler Guff, Baillie Gifford, affiliates of Carlyle Asia Partners Growth II and others. After the funding, the valuation of the firm stands at nearly $3 billion. This is the 3rd major fundraiser for the firm in nine months.
