Crocs claim that other firms have copied their famous clog shoes. Last Monday, the shoemaker filed 4 trademark infringement cases against approximately 20 firms in several US district courts. Crocs (CROX) claims that Walmart is selling cheaper knockoffs of its $50 clogs under names like "Time and Tru" and "George," in a complaint filed in the US District Court of Colorado against several shoe and handbag makers.
