In an effort to reduce waste, Kellogg's will upcycle cornflakes which are too big, small or overcooked to make beer at Salford-based brewery Seven Bro7hers. The team up will create a beer named Throw Away IPA. 60kg of waste cornflakes have been used by Kellogg's and reduced their waste by 12.5%. The beer will be made from 30% cornflakes and 70% wheat. The brewery plans to produce three beers including Hoppy IPA.
