Harvey Weinstein’s company ‘The Weinstein Company’ files for bankruptcy after the co-founder has been accused of sexual misconduct allegations. The company announced on Monday that it is about to enter into a stalking horse agreement with Lantern Capital Partners out of Dallas. The company started falling apart in October after many women came forward against Harvey Weinstein, accusing him of sexual misconduct.
