WhatsApp Business App to launch in India soon

WhatsApp has launched a new Business app in some select markets of Italy, Mexico, Indonesia, UK & US, before its worldwide rollout including India. Targeting smaller businesses, the Android free app will guide companies to interact with customers in a simple way with an official presence on WhatsApp. It would be a WhatsApp version of Facebook Page and will provide business descriptions, emails, website addresses etc.
