While Airtel & Vodafone witnessed drop in users, Jio added 9.49 mn in March

According to the latest data from the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India, the number of mobile users in India has declined by 21.87 million in March 2019 in the space of a month. The data stated that the number sank from 1.18 billion at the end of February to 1.16 bn at the end of March at a rate of 1.85%. But Mukesh Ambani’s Jio still continued to add wireless subscribers & gained 9.49 million users during March.
