Yahoo cancels joint venture with unicorn OYO in Japan over rising discontent

As per reports, Yahoo has invested around 30% in Oyo Life, which started its operations in Japan in March 2019. But Yahoo sold its shares to Oyo in Nov 2019. Yahoo has cancelled its joint venture with the company for its real estate rental brokerage business Oyo Life in Japan. The decision comes as owners complain about Oyo's contracts. The reason for Yahoo's dissolution from Oyo is still not clarified.
