Karnataka Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa said aerospace giant Boeing India is going to open a Covid-19 treatment hospital with 200 oxygen beds in Bengaluru. The 200-oxygenated bed hospital will come up at the KPCL Site in Yelahanka, Bengaluru where there is an assured oxygen supply from the KPCL gas plant, the CM said. He also wrote to Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, underlining the sudden spike in demand for oxygen.
