Brazil town fully vaccinates all adults, death toll falls by 95 percent

The authorities in Brazil's Serrana town achieved a remarkable feat as the death toll in the town fell 95% after entire adult population of 45,000 was vaccinated as part of an experiment. The residents of Serrana were given the Chinese vaccine Coronavac. According to researchers, those who did not receive the shots were also protected due to the reduction in the virus's circulation. A decline of 85% was recorded in hospitalisations.
