The clinical study for the coronavirus vaccine developed by Bharat Biotech- Covaxin, has been cancelled by Brazilian health regulator Anvisa. This comes days after Bharat Biotech terminated a memorandum of understanding with the local partner company acting as its intermediary in Brazil. Anvisa had previously cancelled the trials of the India-made vaccine, followed by the suspension of Covaxin's emergency use application.
