Coronavirus variant detected in India, widely spreading in UK: Report

According to a report, the variant of novel coronavirus that was recorded in India is spreading at a very fast pace in United Kingdom. The variant is known as B.1.617.2 and Public Health Experts have suggested that it should be listed as a "variant of concern". The Covid-19 variants that were first detected in Kent, Brazil and South Africa, have already been declared as "variants of concern" in Britain.
