Thai people seeking Covid-19 treatment in Bangkok are being transported by train back to their hometowns, easing the strain on the capital's medical system. A train carrying 135 migrant laborers with moderate to no Covid symptoms set out from Bangkok on Tuesday for the country's northeastern districts. The train was scheduled to drop off patients in seven regions, where a team of physicians and nurses would pick them up.
